Take 5 Oil Change Announces Two More Acquisitions in Texas and Louisiana

Transaction expands the company’s quick lube and automotive service presence across the U.S.


CHARLOTTE, N.C., – Take 5 Oil Change® (Take 5), one of the largest quick lube and automotive service operators in the nation, announced its acquisition of Freedom Ten Minute Oil Change & Car Wash in Lafayette, Louisiana and Precision Lube in Amarillo, Texas. Both locations have converted to Take 5.

The Louisiana acquisition makes the 4th location in the Lafayette market and brings the state total to 36 locations. The Texas acquisition makes the 3rd location in the Amarillo market and brings the state total to 153 locations.
