Ten years ago, Forrest started as an entry level technician at Take 5 Oil Change. Through hard work and dedication, he is now the Senior Director of Operations for Auto Glass Now.
Forrest Snider needed a job while he completed night school, so he started as an entry level technician at Take 5 Oil Change. Fast forward ten years, and he is the Senior Director of Operations for Auto Glass Now.
What he learned early on is that the opportunity at Driven Brands was there if he was willing to put in the hard work and effort. After only six months as a technician, he moved into a new position as area field trainer. From there, the career path continued for him. Forrest recalls, “Take 5 was acquired by Driven Brands, which gave me an immediate opportunity to jump to the Director of Training for the first major acquisition that we went through.”
A few years later, Forrest saw an opportunity for growth at another Driven Brand company, Auto Glass Now, and decided to take it. He wanted a new challenge in a different industry.
