Jonathan Fitzpatrick joined Driven Brands as President and CEO in July of 2012. The parent company of North America’s leading automotive aftermarket brands, Driven Brands holds four distinct verticals - Repair & Maintenance, Paint & Collision, Distribution, and Quick Lube - which house iconic brands including Meineke Car Care Centers, Maaco®, 1-800-Radiator & A/C and Take 5 Oil Change respectively. With more than 2,300 centers located throughout North America, the businesses generate a combined $2.1 billion in system sales. Prior to Driven, he served As Executive Vice President, Chief Brand & Operations Officer at Burger King under 3G Capital ownership. Fitzpatrick led a whirlwind of activity including: the biggest equipment and menu overhaul in the brand’s history, the development of new operational tools, and notable unit expansion that impacted operating and financial performance at the fast food franchising giant in 2011.
He has held a variety of senior executive positions within Burger King covering a wide array of responsibilities ranging from head of European Operations and SVP of Franchise Development in North America to VP of Information Technology. Prior to Burger King Jonathan was President and COO of Texas Digital Systems; he began his career in Dublin and London working for Diageo Plc – the world’s largest premium drinks business. Jonathan was born and raised in Dublin Ireland and holds both his Bachelor's and Graduate degrees from the University College Dublin, Ireland.
Noah Pollack is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Driven Brands, Inc., the parent company for Meineke Car Care Centers and Maaco Auto-body and Paint Centers. Noah oversees Legal, HR and Customer Services functions for the company. He joined Driven Brands in August 2012 as Jonathan’s first addition to the new Executive Team. Prior to joining the company Noah was General Counsel of Del Frisco's, Lone Star Steak House, International House of Pancakes (IHOP) as well has practicing law with firms in Miami and Dallas. Noah is an ’88 graduate of Middlebury College, and ’93 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. He has enjoyed the move to Charlotte with his wife and two kids.
Artemio Garza joined Driven Brands in 2013 as Maaco Chief Marketing Officer. He was named Chief Brand Officer in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing all branding and marketing initiatives across the Driven Brands portfolio. Prior to joining Driven Brands, Artemio was a Sr. Director of Marketing at BURGER KING® where he grew Latin America's EBITDA from $50 Million to $80 Million in 26 months. Artemio has an MBA from MIT, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.
Jacky Wu is EVP & Chief Financial Officer at Driven Brands. Jacky joined Driven Brands from Xura Inc., a publicly traded technology company where he served as EVP & Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Jacky spent more than four years with American Tower, where he was Vice President of Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions. He started his career with Verizon Wireless and received his bachelor of science in Economics and MBA in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Tulane University.
Jose R. Costa has a background steeped in franchising, marketing, unit growth, enhancing customer experience and franchisee profitability among some of the most recognized brands in the world. He currently serves as Group President for Driven Brands where he leads Maaco, CARSTAR and Drive N Style. Previous to his current role Mr. Costa was President of Maaco and prior to joining Driven Brands, Jose was Vice President of Marketing and R&D at BURGER KING® where he grew Latin America's EBITDA from $50 Million to $80 Million in 26 months. Jose also served as President of COSTA IMC, a branding and interactive marketing firm with focus on the U.S. Hispanic and Latin American segments.
Mr. Costa has over 20 years of experience both on the client and agency side, working for brands like Young & Rubicam, Bank of America, PepsiCo, and YUM Brands. Jose has a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a MBA from University of Chicago.
Daniel Rivera joined Driven Brands in November 2012 as Chief Information Officer. In 2014 Danny was named Meineke Brand President. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Rivera was the Sr. Director of Application Development, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure, and Security at AutoNation. Prior to his role at AutoNation, he has worked at some of the largest corporations in the world including GE, Motorola, and Burger King Corporate. Mr. Rivera holds two degrees from Florida International University. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering where he graduated Cum Laude. He also holds a Juris Doctorate where he graduated 4th in his class.
Gabe Mendoza joined Driven Brands as part of the 1-800-Radiator acquisition in June 2015. He had been with 1-800-Radiator since 2007, serving in numerous management roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and most recently as President. Prior to that, he served as Vice President Finance at Alibris, a leading internet marketplace for used, new, and hard-to-find books, and a “Top 100” online retailer. While at Alibris, Gabe was responsible for all aspects of the finance and legal functions, including Controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, audit, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.
His experience at Alibris includes his substantial involvement in the marketing and sale process for the Company’s acquisition by Oak Hill Capital Partners in the spring of 2006. Prior to joining Alibris, he was a Corporate Group Controller at United Parcel Service. During his 13 years at UPS, he served in a variety of operations, marketing, reporting and financial management positions. Gabe earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University (San Francisco).
Marc Graham joined Driven Brands in 2016 with the acquisition of Take 5 Oil Change, where he served as CEO. Mr. Graham is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of senior management experience in high volume automotive consumer products and services industries. Mr. Graham has a proven background in developing growth strategies that have resulted in significant sales and profit increases for the companies he has managed. He is credited within those companies for developing many innovative product launches, process implementations and technology advancements that have dramatically improved shareholder value.
Roark Capital Group is an Atlanta-based private equity firm with over $6 billion in equity capital and commitments raised since inception. Roark purchased Driven Brands in 2015.
