A Four-Stage Process
- 1. Becoming a Franchisee
- Submit the Confidential Franchisee Application
- Review Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and Franchise Agreement
- Meet with your Meineke Franchise Development Specialist
- Purchase a license
- 2. Site Location & Funding Process
- Receive help with the real estate process
- Receive assistance on funding
- Once location and financing is approved then we assist in securing your location
- 3. Franchise Management Training
- Attend four-week comprehensive training in Charlotte, approximately 2 months prior to your scheduled opening
- 4. Meineke Car Care Center Opening
- The Meineke Project Coordinator, Product and Equipment Manager, and Operations Manager will work with you on all aspects of improving your franchise business
What Is Required Of You?
Aside from being a very motivated, entrepreneurial-minded person, we do have some very specific requirements for each of our potential franchisees.
Financial Requirements
- $75,000 - $90,000 from non-borrowed funds
- $150,000 net worth
- Good credit
- 25% can come from cash, stocks & bonds, home equity or your 401k pension funds, with the rest coming from preferred lender programs from a number of financing sources
Total Investment of $190,000 - $300,000 including the license fee, equipment, signage and working capital (excluding real estate)
