We will consider existing auto repair shops, buildings for conversions, multi-tenant sites and build-to-suit-sites. All sites must be zoned for automotive repair. Below is a list of some of the site criteria.

• Good visibility and high traffic count (+20,000 AADT)
• Shop sizes approximately 3,000-5,000 sq. ft.
• Lot sizes approximately 20,000-30,000 sq. ft.
• Zoning appropriate for automotive repair
• Parking available for 15 cars
• Ceiling height of 14 feet clear
• Facility able to accommodate 5 or more bays with adequate storage and work areas.
